Great Falls of the Potomac River

Our third day has been awesome, like the other two. We are all living a dream and we don’t want to wake up!
Today we’ve been in Our Lady of Good Counsel first and we have had 1 hour of class, for example I’ve been with Fiona Winch, who is my exchange girl, in Spanish class and we have had a lot of fun! She is so sweet with me and my Catalan friends!
The people here are so friendly! They always say hello to us and they help us a lot too.
After the class we have gone to the Potomac Great Falls, and I have to say that is a very nice place. It was so calm and we were able to fully appreciate the changes and different shades of colors of the leaves in the trees. Wherever you look you see  a lot of red , orange and yellow leaves too! We really like them! We have seen the water falls from the different overlooks, and we took a lot of photos. We loved it.  After that we have gone to have lunch and it was so funny too. We have eaten a sandwich with French fries, water, and an apple. We  couldn’t eat very well because there were a lot of insects and some of the girls were so frightened of bees!! After lunch we’ve gone to Chesapeake and Ohio Canal whichhat is a historical park for nature and recreation.
Finally we’ve returned to the High School and we’ve gone with our host families to our houses, and we’ve talked about what we’ve done all day and what we are going to do tomorrow. Now we are having dinner and doing homework and we are going to watch TV too.
So far, living here is fantastic! I’m sure that everyday will be like this one or even better!!!!
