ANNAPOLIS (CAPITAL OF THE STATE)

Today we went to Annapolis. As everyday we met at 8:00 am and we caught the school bus. When we arrived we visited the gardens, the sculptures, the city Hall, Marshall memorial, and the main street where we bought some souvenirs for our families.

In the afternoon, Paula, Maria and I went to Katie's house where we got ready for Halloween. Paula and I were hippies and Maria was a hawaiian girl. We met at 7:00 pm at Greg's house and we got lots of candies. After that, we saw all together a horror film called "Halloween" which was really scary.

DAY AT THE MUSEUMS

Today we went to WASHINGTON D.C.  to visit some of the SMITHSONIAN museums. We took the school bus and then the metro  at GLENMONT station to arrive at Washington. Then we started the visit to the first museum called:  NATURAL HISTORY MUSEUM;   the second museum was: AIR AND SPACE MUSEUM and, finally,  after lunch, we visited  the AMERICAN HISTORY museum. After that we returned to school on the metro and the school bus, and in the afternoon we stayed with our families.

FIRST DAY AT SCHOOL

Today has been our first day in the school so we've had a welcome breakfast. Then we've done a tour around to seen the gym, the church and finally the football field. When we've finished the tour we've gone with our exchange students and we've taken class and lunch with them. Finally, when we've finished the classes we 've spent our free time with our host families.
